Professional development
Our annual conference provides formal and informal opportunities for professional development and networking among members and invited others. The 2020 conference was scheduled for September, hosted by our two Malaysian members (the Ombudsman for Financial Services and the Securities Industry Dispute Resolution Center) in Kuala Lumpur. Due to the spread of COVID-19 worldwide, the conference has been postponed to 2023. Between conferences, INFO Network membership offers opportunities for connection and professional development through complimentary member-only webinars, run in a fully interactive videoconferencing format.
Staying up-to-date
A monthly e-bulletin keeps INFO Network members in touch with the latest news from each other, and in financial services more generally. All back- issues are available to members in our intranet.
