Professional development
Our annual Members Conference provides formal and informal opportunities for professional development and networking among Members and invited others. The 2023 INFO Network Members Conference was held in Kuala Lumpur in September 2023, with the Ombudsman for Financial Services and theSecurities Industry Dispute Resolution Center as our joint local hosts. The 2024 INFO Network Members Conference will be run in Toronto in late September 2024, with the Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments as our local Member host. Between conferences, INFO Network membership offers opportunities for connection and professional development through complimentary Member-only webinars, run in a fully interactive videoconferencing format.
