The Members of the INFO Network are Financial Services
Ombudsman and other independent schemes/offices operating as
out-of-court dispute resolution services in the financial sector.

 

Depending on their jurisdiction, these schemes/offices
provide dispute resolution services for consumers
who have not been able to resolve the matter directly
with their financial service provider:

  • Banking
  • Investment
  • Insurance
  • Credit
  • Financial advice
  • Pensions/superannuation

Note: The INFO Network itself does not offer a dispute resolution service.
Dispute resolution is the function of the schemes/offices which are INFO Network Members. Consumers of financial services who wish to lodge a complaint about a
financial service should contact the appropriate scheme/office for their country, directly.
