The Members of the Network are Ombudsman schemes
operating as out-of-court dispute resolution services
in financial services.

 

Depending on their jurisdiction, these schemes provide
dispute resolution services for consumers
who have not been able to resolve the matter directly
with their financial service provider:

  • Banking
  • Investment
  • Insurance
  • Credit
  • Financial advice
 


Note: The Network itself does not offer a dispute resolution service.
Dispute resolution is the function of the schemes which are Network Members.
Consumers of financial services who wish to lodge a complaint about a financial service should contact the appropriate scheme for their country, directly.
